Officers book on and off with a photo inside the site's GPS radius, so the control room can see who is on post and when.
Which patrol types are supported?
WF Ninja supports NFC patrols, GPS patrols and QR patrols, with timestamped, location-verified checkpoint evidence in Patrol Monitor.
Can we manage subcontractors?
Yes. Subcontractor officers can use the field app, and subcontractor charging, portal access and reports sit in the same operational record.
Does WF Ninja support open shifts and shift swaps?
Yes. Uncovered shifts can be published as Open Shifts, and officers can request Shift Swaps from the field app with manager approval.
Can clients see SLA reports?
Yes. The Client Portal & Request Centre includes Client Reports and SLA Reporting.
Does WF Ninja submit to HMRC or run BS7858 screening?
No. WF Ninja produces payroll-ready exports but does not submit HMRC RTI, and it does not perform BS7858 screening.
Is there a mobile app?
